Top-Class Harps Top Féile Group

The Skerries Harps U15s topped their Division 3 Féile group yesterday (Sunday March 2nd) with their third win out of three.

Following victories over Raheny and Templeogue Synge Street, the Harps welcomed high-flying Cuala to Newbridge House for clash to decide the group winner.

While the conditions were far from ideal, Skerries negotiated a stiff breeze in the first half to go into the break with a lead and eventually emerged 2-11 to 2-5 winners.

Unfortunately there was less joy for our Division 9 team who gave it their all but were defeated by a strong Scoil Uí Chonaill side.

The Division 9 team now move on to the Shield semi-finals while our Division 3 side have a Cup semi-final on the agenda. Both these games will be played on Sunday March 23rd with further details to be confirmed shortly.

Well done to the entire u15 squad across both teams for representing the Harps so well in the Féile Peil competition to date and thanks to mentors, parents, sponsors, and all who have supported these young men! 

The Hurling Féile group games continue this Sunday (March 9th) with their second outing versus Ballyboden St Enda's in Cherryfield.
