The progress and plans for the build were outlined in extensive detail on the night, thanks to all concerned for their presentations. Among the large gathering were Paraic Duffy GAA Director General, John Costello and Andy Kettle Dublin Co. Board. The organising Finance Committee would like to thank everyone for their attendance. The clubhouse is due for completion in Jan/Feb 2015. More details and photos on website.

Minor Hurlers continued their winning start to the season with a victory over Ballyboden.

The MODS (Maurs, O'Dwyers & Skerries) U16 Camogie team got back to winning ways in their Division 2 clash against a heretofore unbeaten Crumlin in Rush on Wednesday evening. Having dominated the opening 10 minutes the MODS were unlucky to go behind by a goal. Not to be discouraged the North Dublin girls equalised through Dara Bogan and then went ahead through a Veronica Faye Watt free - they were never to go behind again. Despite losing Aoife Kelly & Alex Rice early to injury, the Fingal girls established dominance in the last 10 minutes of the first half. They were to be 7 clear at the break. The MODS dominance continued in the second half with scores from Grace Leach, Emma Dardis, Veronica Faye Watt, the ever industrious Nicola Thorn and player of the match Ann Casey. Having lost to a much better Erin's Isle last Saturday this win was a welcome boost in the midst of a heavy schedule of games. Next up, the MODS are away to Naomh Olaf next Wednesday evening.
