Great weekend on the field from teams of all codes, Brilliant win for the Ollie's Place sponsored Ladies footballers in Leinster Junior C'Ship over Moorefield (Kildare) by 1-09 to 1-04 to qualify for Leinster Final V Dunboyne (Meath) on Sun 1st Nov. Venue TBC. Congrats to Moriarty's Supervalu sponsored U12 footballers who won Div.1 league title with a superb victory against Ballyboden St. Endas, bodes well for the future lads. Senior footballers secured play off place in AFL2 with victory against Erin's Isle and  the U13 Camogie team sponsored by Stack's Pharmacy won their Shield with a win over Good Counsel.

Fixtures: Sun 25th Oct Minor Football C'Ship V Ballyboden in Ballycullen 11am, and AHL5 Hurlers V St. Marks Away 11am

Dates for Diary: October Bank Holiday Sunday 25th Ballads and Folk Night with Paddy Holmes in Clubhouse from 9pm. No cover charge. Great Night Always with Paddy!!

Thursday the 29th Oct Wine Tasting Night In conjunction with Red Island Wines from 8pm in clubhouse. Tickets €15 on Sale from Chris 0879725519, Image Depot and Red Island Wines. Food  also served. Tell your friends!!

Saturday the 14th Nov: Mentors, Members and Parents Appreciation Night: Theme: 70's and 80's Night. Plenty of time to get those Outfits!!

This year we are having a New Year's Eve Party in Clubhouse with Glitz and Glamour theme! Music and Food. More details later.

AGM on Thurs 19th Nov.

Gaelic 4 Mothers & others training continue on Friday nights. If you want to join up with this social team Contact Fiona Campion 087 6190268. Who can play? Mothers and Non Members. You just need to be aged 18 and over and not be a registered player.

Shop Open for Tea, Coffee etc; on Weekends and evening matches. All proceeds to the Juvenile Section.

No Academy this Bank Holiday weekend.
