McMeel's Pharmacy sponsored Senior footballers continued their winning start to the AFL2 season with a good away win over Scoil Ui Chonaill. Moriarty's sponsored U15 hurlers had good win against Commercials.

Weekly meetings continue this week on Wed night: Juvenile 9pm , Adult 9.30pm. Note change of day owing to St. Patrick's Day.

The GAA 4 Mother's and others continue training on Fri nights at 8pm beside Main pitch. All new members very welcome.

Fixtures: Wed 16th March: Minor ladies Football V Man O'War Home 8.15pm, Sun 20th Minor Camogie V Lucan Home 11am, Junior Hurling V St. Vincents Away 12pm. For all other fixtures, up to date news and information see

Skerries Weight Loss Charity Challenge: 10 contestants from the Harps are going head to head against the Goats (Rugby club) 8 weeks gone 2 to go. Harps slightly ahead. Please support our contestants as all money raised will be divided between the Charity Remember Us and the club. More details from Jackie 0872121418. End of Challenge Celebration Night in Rugby club Thurs 24th March at 8pm. Tickets €10 include Supper, music and dancing.

Membership for 2016 is now due and can be paid on-line on our website Social Membership available €50 and Senior membership (over 65) at €35. All other rates on website. Players must have Membership paid before games and training resume.

The 1916 Skerries Harps Commemoration Group are running a weekend of celebration  of the Easter Rising on 22nd - 24th April featuring a Play entitled Nurse, as well as GAA games, Music, historical walks and a parade. An Exhibition in the clubhouse for which they are looking for help, by way of any memorabilia, momentous or artifacts from the 1916 period for inclusion in the exhibition. The Annual Cheltenham Tipster forecast: Club fundraiser on Cheltenham Races starts on Tuesday, entry forms still available. This is a club fundraising event so please support if possible.
