Skerries Harps in Partnership with Three.ie

posted 24 Apr 2018, 03:37 by Skerries Harps
Dear Member,

We have been approached by Three.ie requesting permission to erect a communications mast on our property. Skerries Harps GAA & Camogie Club would receive an annual income for a period of 10 years, should this application prove successful.

Should additional service providers wish to utilise this communications mast, additional income will be made available to the club.

The proposed location of the mast, is to the far side of the clubhouse building (far right corner behind the clubhouse from the front door) and would not be accessible to the public.

The base of the mast is 3 metres sq and the height will be 21 metres. Three.ie will have access to the compound via the external rear area of the clubhouse

The Executive Committee of the club have reviewed this proposal and considered in great detail and are unanimously in favour of proceeding.

This will provide a very welcome additional source of recurring income for the club, with no maintenance requirement and minimal visual impact for our members.

Three.ie will be submitting a planning application to Fingal County Council and a letter of consent has been provided by Skerries Harps Gaa & Camogie Club

If you have any queries in relation to this proposal, please email the Club PRO at pro.skerriesharps.dublin@gaa.ie

Kind regards,

Joanne Kenny,
