Skerries Harps Club Notes 20th of February 2017

Hard luck to the Senior team who lost out in their first Cup match to local rivals St Maurs, while our Junior 1 team defeated O’Dwyers. The Junior 2 team lost out against Round Towers Lusk. 

Juvenile action continued over the weekend - well done to the Moriarty sponsored U14 Div 1 & Div8 Footballers who both recorded wins against Kilmacud Crokes & St Judes , the U15 Div 7 Footballers who defeated Sylvesters and the U16 Div 1 team who  overcame Castleknock in a close fought match on Saturday.  See www.skerriesharps.ie/results for full details.

Hard luck to the Dublin Ladies on their 6 points defeat to Cork on Sunday.

Academy continues next Saturday Feb 25th @ 10-11am. Tea/Coffee available upstairs. Club shop open for all your gear and leisurewear needs!

Annual Gormanston Indoor Hurling Tournament - Final week takes place Sunday 26th February. Fixture details available from team mentors

Adult & Juvenile Meetings take place every Thursday from 9pm in the clubhouse.

Upcoming Diary Dates: Cheltenham Preview Night on Sat 11th March in Clubhouse at 9.30pm with Special Guest David Jennings (Racing Post Tipster).  Admission €10. Raffle on Night

Annual Fashion Show takes place 24th March in the Clubhouse.

Midterm Advanced Hurling and Camogie Camp takes place Tuesday - Thurs 21/22/23 Feb from 10am to 2pm. Cost €35.
