Skerries Harps Club Notes 12th of March 2018

Well done to our Supervalu sponsored U16s Div.2 Footballers on their win over Raheny and the U15 Div 1 Footballers on their league win against Ballinteer St Johns on Sun 12th. MFL Div1 Football vs Whitehall Colmcilles ended in a draw. Well done to the U13 Div7 Girls football on their win over St Brigids.

Adult Hurlers drew with Good Counsel today Sun 12th - see website for match report.

Fixtures: Saturday the 17th March, U16 Hurling Div 3 vs Naomh Fionnbarra Home 3.30pm.  Sun 18th March Minor C Camogie vs Raheny AWAY 11am. See www.skerriesharps.ie/fixtures for details of all upcoming games.

Skerries Harps Annual Membership fees are now due and are available for renewal online at www.skerriesharps.ie/club-membership. Forms are also available in the clubhouse. All Players (Adult & Juvenile) must have paid membership and injury fund fees registered by the end of this week. 

Adult & Juvenile Games Weekly Meetings continue this coming Thursday 15th March in the Clubhouse.

Zingo Result: 1-5-3-6-2-7-4. We had one winner of our €8,400 Jackpot – Congratulations to Simon Murray. Next Draw will take place on Sunday the 18th of March in the Clubhouse at 6.30pm. Many thanks to all who supported our Annual Fashion Show, especially the local boutiques and businesses (details on our Facebook page) and to our volunteer models! The night was a huge success.

UPCOMING FUNDRAISING AND SOCIAL NIGHTS:-  Skerries Harps 2018 Golfing Schedule is now available to view on our websitewww.skerriesharps.ie/news. Contact Paul on 0851740474 for details.

Defibrillator training will take place in Harps clubhouse on Friday 16th March starting 7pm. Course is open to all members of Skerries Harps age 16 and over and will take approx 3 hours to complete. Course fee is 20 Euro per person, to reserve a place contact Paul Murray on 0851740474.

Need something for your children to do over the Easter break? Skerries Harps have activities to keep your children active. 

Easter Hurling and Camogie tournament for 3rd to 6th class children on Monday 26th- Wednesday 28th March 10am-1pm Free of charge. Give Hurling and Camogie a try in a fun environment. Consent forms will be distributed through the schools from this week.
Week 2 Easter camp for 5-13year olds Tuesday 3rd -Thursday 5th April from 10am to 2pm each day. Gaelic games football, hurling and Camogie along with fun games and challenges. Cost €35 per child 2nd child €30.
