A Chairde,

Membership for Skerries Harps GAA & Camogie is now open for 2017.

We would encourage all members with internet access to avail of our online facility for registration and payment. This can be found at:

Alternatively, there are forms available in the clubhouse, or to download from: For manual forms, please return to Club Registrar @ 36 The Grove, Skerries Rock, Skerries, or directly to the clubhouse in an envelope clearly marked for the attention of Club Registrar.

As per the motion passed at the recent AGM, some membership fees are increasing slightly. This is to ensure we can meet the increasing costs associated with an expanding and successful club. Adult Playing, Juvenile Playing and Adult Non-Playing membership has increased by €10, whilst Family Membership packages have increased by €20 per family. Social and Senior membership fees are as they were last year.

For anyone with Juveniles (above Academy) playing in the club, we would encourage you to consider Family Membership as it allows parents/guardians to become involved in a club their children gain so much enjoyment from with minimal cost.

It should be noted that ALL players must be fully paid up members before their first training session of the 2017 season. This is to ensure all players are both eligible to play and covered by the Player Injury Fund. Central Council are becoming insistent on this as from a Player Welfare perspective it is vital that players have the correct coverage in place. All membership must be in place by 31st March. Following this date, any late registrations will not be entitled to vote in the 2017 AGM or take part in any All Ireland ticket draws that take place.

The club is expanding and gaining in success both off and on the pitch. Our football Senior team will be playing in division 1 in 2017 whilst the club also has excellent social facilities available. We are very welcoming of new members and would like our existing members to encourage friends and family to become involved if not already.

We look forward to your continued involvement in the ongoing development and success of Skerries Harps CLG!

Kind Regards,

Mark Grimes

Club Registrar
